Descending Angels offers both Pole Dancing Lessons and Pole Parties. The location is easily accesibly from anywhere in the Triad and is located only minutes off of I-85.

The lessons are instructed by Nikki Craven, a Certified Vertical Dance Instructor. These personalized classes are convienently set around your schedule. There are no pre-scheduled courses to attend.

The sessions are suitable for any fitness level because they are customized for each student. Also, the classes and parites can be as fitness oriented or as sensually oriented as the client desires. Either way, they provide a whole body workout. Just one hour of pole dancing can burn 400 calories!
